The National Weighing Instrument Industry Information Center was established in 1984.£¨The predecessor is the National Weighing Instrument Industry Information Station£©.The original part is the China Light Industry Ministry,now it¡¯s part of China Light Industry Committee and China Light Industry Information Centre. In charge of the information work of Chinese weighing instrument industry,it¡¯s the only specializing in information services of national weighing instrument.It provides all kinds of information service for weighting instrument manufacturing enterprise and relevant units for several years,and publish two publications:Weighing Instrument and Information News of Electronic Weighing Instrument .The National Weighing Instrument Industry Information Center is registered as a self-supporting institutions in accordance with the law.It¡¯s only a social public information service organization of Weighing Instrument in China. In the third party status in the market economic activity in accordance with the law,fully reflects the principle of openness,fairness and justice.

The National Weighing Instrument Standardization Technical Committee is the technological working organization engaged in national standardization work in the weighing instrument profession. It¡¯s responsible for standdardiztion technology work of weighing instrument fields.The National Weighing Instrument Standardization Technical Committee is established in October of 1987,code:CSBTS/TC97.It¡¯s set up and issue the seal by former the State Bureau of Technical Supervision originally.Now it is led and charged by the National Standardization Management Committee£¨National Standardized Administration Bureau of the People's Republic of China£©and China Light Industry Committee.
